Visitor measurement
Updated October 11, 2026
What this website measures
We count homepage views, referring domain names, and installer download starts. We do not store names, email addresses, raw IP addresses, full referring URLs, or precise location in this dashboard. Hosting infrastructure may maintain separate operational logs.
Your choice
If you allow measurement, a random first-party cookie (eor_visitor) helps recognize your browser for up to 90 days. A browser returning more than 30 minutes after its first measured visit can count as returning. Different browsers or cleared cookies count separately. You can refuse or withdraw using “Privacy choices” in the website footer. Your preference is saved in your browser. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable browser measurement.
Storage and access
Analytics are stored on our hosting account for 90 days and visible only through a password-protected owner dashboard. No advertising trackers are used. Hashed network identifiers are used briefly to limit abuse and repeated downloads; they expire within one hour after subsequent activity. Withdrawal removes the browser cookie; existing anonymous records expire with retention.
Your EOR Studio account
To download the simulator you must sign in with a verified account. We store your name, email, account dates, and a secure password hash for email accounts, or a Google account identifier for Google sign-in. Google passwords and access tokens are not stored. Essential session cookies keep you signed in for up to eight hours. Account records are kept while the account exists; download-start history is kept for up to 90 days. The account administrator can view member records. Analytics consent is separate from essential sign-in cookies.
Downloads
Installer requests are linked to your signed-in account; an optional analytics cookie is not required. This measures download starts, not completed installations. Requests resuming partway through a download are not counted again.
